This simple reggae tune came to me a long time ago on one of our Bavarian rainbow gatherings. This is really the essence and answer to this journey. When we come to the point where we realize our divine nature, we have nothing left but surrender to dancing, singing and jamming with each other. On this track my brother Yopi Jost Ehrhardt played the reggae skanks on guitar, something that he has been doing for many years. For a few years we have joined forces in love for our common grounds, sharing bhajans and singing with people. Our project “JayJayJay” (together with Joachim Böttcher) now simply “Jay&Jay” is something that came out of our collaboration. ►www.jayandjay.de
This track features an extended base solo by Ludwig Klöckner. I invited him to feel free to let go of the structure towards the end of the track, and so my freestyle rap part meets a jazzy base solo.
