We have to surrender to the cycle of life and death, everyday, in order that all of our fears are transformed. Honour your mother!
On my way to the studio, I received a phone call from friends of mine. They are yoga teachers and as we were planning for future projects, they told me what had just happened. Their unborn daughter Sarah, had died one day before she was born. I changed my plans in the studio and recorded and dedicated “The Ocean” song to Sarah. The starting point of this song originates from Starhawk & Delaney Johnson. ►www.starhawk.org
I learned this song in rainbow gatherings and as we kept singing it,
many new lyrics appeared. In this song, the shamanic process of dying
while living, can take place. It is the passage to the other shore we all
have to go through one day and in some aspect everyday. It is also an
honoring of the best singers on this earth, the whales. Viola Einsiedl,
who plays her viola in experimental ways melts into the singing and
sounding of the ocean. And the song cherishes the source of our own
life: Our mother

lyrics
The Ocean is the beginning of the earth, all life comes from the sea
From the ocean of life we all are born
and to mother ocean one day we must return
So we come, come we come again
We go, go, we go again
We die, die, we die again
to be born, born, reborn again

And over the water, and over sea
