Deva Madhuro, musically inspired and spiritually guided by Osho, once lived in Munich. One day, his head was filled with to many ideas, concepts and words. He went to the river Isar and ran upstream. Exhausted he sat down by the river, closed his eyes and...received this beautiful song that has already travelled the world. Deva Madhuro lives now in Western Australia. I am greatful for a long conversation with Deva and very happy that I was granted his permission and blessing to record this song, especially because we have been singing it many times here in Munich sitting by the river Isar. In a way the song is returning to its source. I played with the last words of his lyrics, like a river picking up speed, leading to the ocean, I am ending with just water and sound.
